Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the full life cycle management of auto parts projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality and on-budget delivery.
2、Develop project plans and risk response plans, coordinate internal and external resources to promote efficient project implementation.
3、Track project progress, control costs and quality, regularly synchronize project updates and issue reports.
4、Lead cross-departmental/cross-regional collaboration, liaison with local customers and partners to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
5、Organize and file project documents, optimize project management processes
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering or Project Management is preferred.
- More than 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing industry, experience in auto parts industry is preferred; ability to independently lead projects.
- PMP certification is preferred; proficient in project management tools and office software
- Bilingual communication skills in Chinese + English/Thai, suitable for Sino-Thai collaboration needs.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination and pressure-resisting abilities; familiarity with Thai manufacturing regulations is preferred.
