- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment strategies through targeted sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms.
- Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates (CVs) to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the job requirements.
- Resolve recruitment-related conflicts or misunderstandings between Chinese and Thai staff, strong soft communication skills, and cross-cultural.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and cultural alignment across Thai–Chinese working environments.
- Work with Chinese management to ensure alignment with corporate standards while maintaining legal and cultural suitability in Thailand.
