Job Description:
A new B2B business that is evolving from the old way of doing things to incorporate more technology and state of the art processes to disrupt the Food and Beverage industry. Manage and onboard suppliers from acquisition phase to onboarding phase, ensuring the supplier/partners are well taken care of while driving incubation sales of first 3 months. Pursue and acquire clients or customers within groups as assigned by leadership team, managing their onboarding process. Understand the strategy and independently help execute your area of responsibilities with guidance from leadership.
Scope:
•Seek and research new suppliers to fulfill the assortment plan as assigned by the strategy to meet KPI.
•Assist suppliers to onboard from beginning to end.
•Manage the onboarding of suppliers as assigned to your specific category.
•Pursue and acquire B2B clients within the assigned group to meet KPI.
•Onboarding both supplier and clients with paperwork, relationship management, and through technological coordination.
•Work closely with the eCommerce and Tech team to ensure achievement of goals.
Roles and Responsibility:
•Research suppliers to identify the proper partner to build the categories as assigned.
•Build and manage the specific category strategy with the Leadership Team.
•Negotiate and process the contracts for all the suppliers within your own supplier list.
•Oversee the onboarding process of suppliers, working with the Web Operations team.
•Build campaigns for the first 3 months for each supplier in order to drive the KPI’s.
•Build client list for both potential and existing, managing the client acquisition process.
•Work with various teams to ensure paperwork is processed and client is onboarded to the platform.

- Independent thinker and enjoying communication with the team.
- Outgoing personality who enjoys large crowds.
- College degree a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Ecommerce Experience is a plus.
- Food and beverage experience is required.
