•Responsible for the formulation, revision, and execution supervision of factory administrative systems and procedures.
•Oversee office environment management, procurement, and distribution of office supplies.
•Manage company fixed assets, and the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
•Organize and arrange meetings, receptions, business travel, and other administrative tasks.
II. Logistics Support Management
•Responsible for managing canteen/cafeteria, dormitories, security, cleaning, and other logistics services.
•Supervise factory area environmental hygiene, landscaping, and fire safety work.
•Coordinate vehicle dispatch and management.
III. Human Resource Coordination
•Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance appraisal activities.
•Manage employee attendance, payroll, benefits, and labor relations.
•Organize corporate culture development and employee activities.
IV. Document and Archives Management
•Responsible for the management and use of company documents, archives, and seals/stamps.
•Organize the preparation of administrative reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
V. External Coordination
•Coordinate relationships with external entities such as government departments, the community, and property management.
•Handle external liaison and communication for various administrative matters.
VI. Team Building
•Responsible for the development and management of the administrative team, enhancing professional capabilities.
•Formulate departmental work plans, monitor execution, and evaluate work performance.
