รายละเอียดงานI. Master Production Schedule (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Support
1.Schedule Breakdown: Assist the supervisor in converting sales orders/forecasts into a detailed Master Production Schedule, defining production quantities and timelines for each production line and product.
2.MRP Calculation: Run MRP in the system based on the MPS, Bill of Materials (BOM), and inventory data to calculate the net requirements for raw materials, purchased parts, and semi-finished goods.
3.Plan Maintenance: Maintain and release daily/weekly production schedules and material requirement plans. Make dynamic adjustments based on urgent orders, equipment failures, material exceptions, etc.
II. Material Control & Coordination
1.Shortage Follow-up: Monitor MRP results, focusing on tracking short and missing materials. Generate shortage reports and proactively coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to expedite materials, ensuring no production line stoppages.
2.Inventory Monitoring: Analyze material inventory levels, assist in controlling safety stock and obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and provide suggestions for inventory optimization.
3.Change Management: Handle adjustments to material plans due to Engineering Change Notices (ECN) or order changes, coordinating the consumption of old materials and the arrival of new ones.
III. Production Progress Tracking & Coordination
1.Progress Tracking: Daily tracking of actual production progress for each workshop/production line, comparing it against the plan attainment rate, identifying delays, and issuing early warnings.
2.Exception Coordination: Conduct preliminary coordination and information dissemination for exceptions affecting production schedule attainment (e.g., equipment downtime, quality issues, manpower shortages, incomplete material kits) to drive problem resolution.
3.Data Collection: Collect and consolidate information such as daily production reports and finished goods入库 data to support plan adjustments and decision-making.
IV. Work-in-Progress (WIP) & Capacity Analysis
1.WIP Control: Monitor the quantity and flow of Work-in-Progress (WIP) on production lines to ensure reasonable WIP levels and prevent buildup.
2.Capacity Loading Analysis: Assist in evaluating future period production capacity versus load, identify bottleneck processes, and provide data support for capacity planning.
V. Cross-departmental Communication & Information Hub
1.Key Liaison: Act as a critical link between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality departments, ensuring accurate and timely flow of planning-related information.
2.Meeting Participation: Participate in production coordination meetings, material review meetings, etc., reporting on plan performance and material status.
VI. System & Data Management
1.System Operation: Proficiently operate ERP/MRP system modules related to planning and materials. Ensure the accuracy of system data (e.g., BOM, inventory, in-transit) as the foundation for reliable planning.
2.Reporting: Regularly prepare and provide relevant planning and material reports, such as production schedules, shortage lists, inventory analysis reports, and schedule attainment rate reports.
