รายละเอียดงานI. Process Quality Control & Improvement
1.Quality Planning: Responsible for quality planning during the mass production phase of new products. Develop process quality control plans (e.g., Control Plan, QC Process Charts), defining key quality control points, inspection standards, and methods.
2.Process Monitoring: Lead quality monitoring during production. Analyze process capability (Cp/Cpk), use tools like SPC to monitor the stability of key processes, ensuring production processes are under control.
3.Non-conforming Product Handling: Address quality deviations occurring in production. Define, isolate, and analyze non-conforming products, and drive relevant departments (Production, Engineering) to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
4.Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in quality improvement projects. Utilize quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) to analyze root causes of defects, reducing the process defect rate (DPPM) and customer complaints.
II. Customer Quality Interface & Complaint Management
1.Customer Complaint Management: Act as the primary quality point of contact for customers. Lead the handling of customer complaints (8D reports), including root cause analysis, corrective action development, effectiveness verification, and response report submission, ensuring timely and effective closure.
2.Customer Standard Implementation: Interpret and translate customer-specific quality requirements (e.g., IATF 16949 for automotive, special characteristics, testing standards) and ensure their effective implementation and execution within the factory.
3.Customer Audit Support: Lead or support responses to customer quality audits (including on-site, process, and product audits). Responsible for developing and tracking corrective action plans for any non-conformities.
III. Supplier Quality Management Support
1.Incoming Material Issue Resolution: Analyze and confirm supplier-related quality issues reported by Incoming Quality Control (IQC) or production. Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and track the effectiveness of the supplier's improvement actions.
2.Supplier Quality Improvement: Provide technical support to SQE for supplier process improvements as needed, driving the enhancement of supplier quality levels.
IV. Quality Data, Systems & Training
1.Data Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze process quality data (e.g., First Pass Yield, Scrap Rate, Rework Rate). Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports to provide data support for management decisions.
2.System Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the factory's Quality Management System (e.g., IATF 16949), ensuring related quality processes, documentation, and records comply with system requirements.
3.Training & Guidance: Conduct quality standard and operational training for production line inspectors and operators, enhancing front-line personnel's quality awareness and skills.
