รายละเอียดงานI. Process Design & Development
1.Process Documentation Development: Responsible for the process flow design of new products/projects. Develop a complete set of process documentation, including but not limited to: Process Flow Charts (PFC), Work Instructions/SOPs, PFMEA, Process BOM, Standard Time, and Material Consumption Standards.
2.Tooling & Fixture Design: Based on product process requirements, be responsible for or collaborate in the design of tools, fixtures, gauges, molds, etc. Initiate procurement or fabrication requests, and participate in acceptance and continuous improvement.
3.New Process/Material Introduction: Responsible for the feasibility study and implementation of new processes, new equipment, and new technologies to enhance process capability and production efficiency.
II. Production Line Technical Support & Process Optimization
1.On-site Technical Support: Provide technical process support to the production floor, resolving technical issues related to processes, equipment, and tooling that arise during production to ensure smooth operations.
2.Process Parameter Setting & Optimization: Responsible for the setting, validation, standardization, and continuous optimization of process parameters (e.g., pressure, stroke, temperature, time) for key processes (e.g., terminal crimping, ultrasonic welding, injection molding, seal assembly, continuity testing).
3.Efficiency & Quality Improvement: Continuously improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and increase product first-pass yield through process optimization, operation resequencing, automation implementation, and error-proofing (poka-yoke) design.
III. Production Layout & Lean Manufacturing
1.Line Layout Design: Participate in or be responsible for the planning and design of production line/workstation layouts, optimizing material flow paths, reducing WIP, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
2.Standard Time Measurement: Use time study methods to measure and analyze operation cycle times, establish a standard time database, and provide a basis for capacity assessment, manpower planning, and efficiency improvement.
IV. Engineering Change & Problem Resolution
1.Engineering Change Implementation: Responsible for implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), assessing the impact of changes on the process, revising related process documents, and guiding the production department in their execution.
2.Quality Deviation Analysis: Collaborate with the Quality department to analyze quality deviations in the production process, perform root cause analysis from a process perspective, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
V. Process Validation & Standardization
1.Process Validation: Responsible for process validation after new product trial runs or process changes, ensuring process stability and reliability.
2.Process Standardization: Establish and maintain a process standard library, promote unified management and standardization of process documents, and conduct periodic reviews and updates.
