รายละเอียดงานI. Standard Time & Efficiency Management
1.Standard Setting: Utilize methods such as time study to measure, analyze, and establish standard time for each process, providing a scientific basis for cost accounting, capacity planning, manpower allocation, and efficiency evaluation.
2.Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor the actual efficiency of production lines, analyze time losses, calculate key performance indicators such as production efficiency, line balancing rate, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and drive efficiency improvement projects.
3.Capacity Analysis: Conduct capacity analysis and planning based on standard time and resources, identify bottleneck processes, and provide data support for production planning and equipment/manpower requirements.
II. Line Balancing & Layout Optimization
1.Line Balancing Analysis: Perform line balancing analysis on production lines to identify bottleneck workstations. Eliminate bottlenecks and improve the line balancing rate through methods like operation resequencing, tooling improvements, and motion analysis.
2.Layout Planning: Be responsible for or participate in the planning, design, and optimization of workshop and production line layouts. Apply lean thinking to optimize material flow paths, reduce material handling distance and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory, and improve space utilization.
III. Work Study & Process Optimization
1.Methods Study: Study and optimize work methods through process analysis, operation analysis, and motion analysis. Eliminate unnecessary waste and design efficient, safe, and ergonomic work methods.
2.Process Improvement: Lead or participate in value stream analysis and improvement, identifying the seven types of waste in the entire flow from raw materials to finished goods, and driving process re-engineering and lean manufacturing projects.
IV. Manpower & Equipment Resource Planning
1.Manpower Planning: Based on production plans and standard time, conduct manpower requirement planning and allocation optimization, make recommendations for workforce adjustments, and assess manpower needs for new projects.
2.Equipment Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of new equipment and technologies, providing analysis and recommendations from an IE perspective regarding efficiency, ergonomics, and return on investment (ROI).
V. Standardization & Training Support
1.Work Standardization: Assist the Process and Production departments in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring the stability and repeatability of work methods.
2.Employee Training: Provide basic training to production line employees on topics such as standard work, efficiency awareness, and ergonomics.
VI. Cost Analysis & Lean Promotion
1.Cost Calculation: Participate in manufacturing cost analysis and control, proposing solutions to reduce direct labor costs and manufacturing overhead.
2.Lean Culture: Promote IE and Lean Manufacturing concepts, assist in building a culture of continuous improvement, such as organizing employee suggestion programs and small group activities.
