รายละเอียดงานI. Production Plan Execution & Delivery Management
1.Plan Attainment: Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the daily production activities of assigned teams/production lines according to the Master Production Schedule. Ensure production tasks are completed on time, in required quantities, and to specified quality standards, achieving daily/weekly output targets.
2.Resource Coordination: Effectively allocate production resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth line operation. Respond promptly to schedule changes or urgent orders.
3.Delivery Accountability: Accountable for the production line's on-time delivery rate, ensuring finished goods are warehoused on schedule to meet customer delivery requirements.
II. Production Process Management & On-site Control
1.On-site Management: Fully responsible for implementing 5S, safety, discipline, and visual management on the production floor, creating a safe, orderly, and efficient production environment.
2.Quality Control: Strictly enforce quality standards and process discipline, supervising operators to follow SOPs. Responsible for overseeing the execution of first-article inspection, self-inspection, and mutual inspection during production. Control the in-process defect rate and prevent batch quality incidents.
3.Efficiency Improvement: Monitor key production line performance indicators such as production efficiency, line balancing rate, and downtime. Analyze causes of efficiency loss, implement rapid countermeasures, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
4.WIP Control: Manage the quantity and flow of Work-in-Progress (WIP) on the production line, ensuring minimal WIP inventory and smooth material flow.
III. Team Management & Personnel Development
1.Team Development: Responsible for the daily management of the team/group, including conducting pre-shift/post-shift meetings, work assignments, task distribution, job skill training, and cross-training for multi-skilled operators.
2.Personnel Management: Handle employee attendance, performance, evaluation, rewards/discipline, and daily communication. Motivate staff, address on-site personnel conflicts, and enforce discipline.
3.Safety & Morale: Implement the production safety responsibility system, conduct safety training and hazard identification, striving for "zero accidents". Monitor team morale and foster an efficient, collaborative team culture.
IV. Equipment, Material & Cost Control
1.Equipment Management: Supervise and ensure the execution of equipment daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance (foundational TPM activities) to reduce equipment failure downtime.
2.Material Control: Monitor material usage on the production line, ensuring materials are supplied on time and delivered accurately. Control material waste and loss, and be accountable for consumable usage.
3.Cost Awareness: Responsible for controlling costs within the assigned area, including direct labor costs, material waste, and energy consumption. Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures.
V. Exception Handling & Continuous Improvement
1.Exception Handling: As the primary on-site responsible person, respond quickly to and handle various exceptions during production (quality, equipment, material, personnel, safety, etc.). Report issues promptly and follow up until resolution.
2.Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in on-site improvement activities (e.g., suggestion systems, Kaizen events), driving continuous progress in production efficiency, quality, safety, etc.
VI. Data Recording & Reporting
1.Data Recording: Ensure accurate and timely recording of production-related data (output, man-hours, defects, downtime, etc.).
2.Reporting: Regularly (daily/weekly) report to superiors on production performance, exception status, personnel updates, and improvement progress.
