1.Document Verification: Review the legality, compliance, authenticity, and completeness of source documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
2.Transaction Processing: Record daily business transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies by preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries using financial software (e.g., Yonyou, Kingdee, SAP).
3.Ledger Maintenance: Accurately maintain various accounting ledgers such as the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and journals, ensuring clear and accurate accounts.
4.Period-end Closing: Responsible for account closing, accruals, amortization, and expense allocation at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, completing the closing process on schedule.
II. Financial Reporting
1.Statement Preparation: Regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually) prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and related supporting schedules.
2.Report Analysis: Perform basic analysis of financial statement data, prepare internal management reports reflecting financial position, operating results, and cash flow, providing data support for management decision-making.
3.Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial data for external reporting, such as reports for banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
III. Tax Management
1.Tax Calculation: Accurately calculate various tax liabilities (e.g., VAT, Corporate Income Tax, surcharges, Individual Income Tax withholding) and complete tax filing and payment on time.
2.Invoice Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of invoices, including procurement, issuance, verification, safekeeping, and cancellation.
3.Tax Compliance: Research and ensure company tax treatments comply with tax laws and regulations, mitigating tax risks; assist in handling tax inspections, assessments, and audits.
4.Incentive Utilization: Understand and apply for eligible tax incentives and exemptions.
IV. Asset & Receivable/Payable Management
1.Asset Management: Establish and maintain fixed asset and intangible asset register cards, participate in periodic physical inventory counts to ensure ledger-physical alignment, and calculate depreciation/amortization as required.
2.Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts with customers (accounts receivable) and suppliers (accounts payable), follow up on collections and payments, prepare aging reports, and assist in collection efforts and payment management.
3.Cash & Bank: Take cashier functions, regularly reconcile cash journals with bank statements, and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
V. Internal Control & Compliance
1.Policy Implementation: Enforce company financial management policies and internal control procedures, ensuring financial activities are lawful and compliant.
2.Process Optimization: Participate in optimizing finance-related business processes to improve efficiency and strengthen risk controls.
3.Records Management: Responsible for the organization, binding, archiving, and safekeeping of accounting records including vouchers, ledgers, and statements.
VI. Audit & Liaison
1.Audit Assistance: Assist in completing annual audits, internal audits, and special audits by providing required information and explaining related matters.
2.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with other internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Sales, HR, Warehouse) to obtain and provide necessary financial information and support.
