1.Control, maintain, and improve injection molding processes for air conditioner and refrigerator plastic parts
2.Set up and adjust injection molding machine parameters to support mass production
3.Analyze and solve injection molding defects such as Short Shot, Flash, Sink Mark, Warpage, and Weld Line
4.Control product quality to meet company and customer standards
5.Manage molds, mold trials, and new mold / new model testing
6.Support New Model / New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up
7.Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce defects and production cost
8.Prepare and update engineering documents such as Work Instruction (WI), Process Parameters, Control Plan, and PFMEA
9.Comply with company quality systems and safety regulations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Injection Molding process
- Knowledge of plastic materials such as PP, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC
- Experience in operating and setting Injection Molding machines and peripheral equipment (Robot, Dryer, Chiller, Mold Temperature Controller)
- Strong problem-solving and process analysis skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Able to work under pressure
- English communication skills are required (Chinese language skills will be an advantage)
- Can go to learning work at Head Factory (China)
- Able to work on a six-day work schedule
