รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage local suppliers and procurement activities in Thailand
2.Develop, coordinate, and maintain local suppliers (packaging, injection molding, hardware, logistics, etc.) to optimize local sourcing and control costs
3.Handle end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, price comparison, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, and payment reconciliation to ensure timely material availability
4.Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance to maintain a stable supply chain
5.Coordinate production materials and inventory planning
6.Work closely with production teams to arrange material delivery, prevent line shortages, and resolve material-related issues promptly
7.Maintain inventory control, analyze supply chain data, and prepare basic reports to improve inventory turnover
8.Support customs affairs and import/export compliance activities
9.Assist with Thailand BOI material registration and related compliance procedures, and coordinate import/export declaration and customs clearance
10.Follow up on customs clearance processes, support customs filings, and ensure smooth and compliant import/export operations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or customs-related roles; manufacturing industry experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome and can be trained
- Able to communicate in English for daily work; fluency in Chinese is preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications; able to prepare basic reports using Excel
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance processes
- Familiarity with Thailand’s local business practices is preferred
- Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written) Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of import/export regulations
- Experience liaising with customs, industrial estates, or government agencies
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills
- Strong team player and able to adapt to a factory working environment
- Willing to be based in Thailand for long-term employment
