3.Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections
4.Lead problem solving using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone and manage CAPA
5.Support customer audits, IATF16949, ISO9001 and maintain quality documents
6.Handle customer complaints, NCR, and corrective actions
7.Maintain FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, SPC
8.Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement
9.Train and develop QA team and ensure compliance with procedures
