รายละเอียดงาน
1. Forecast material requirements and production capacity using sales orders, historical data, and demand forecasts to align resources with operational needs.
2. Develop and adjust production schedules to balance inventory levels, equipment/labor capacity, and customer demand, addressing bottlenecks or delays proactively.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to manage material orders, delivery timelines, and shipment tracking, resolving shortages or delays to prevent production disruptions.
4. Monitor inventory (raw materials, work-in-progress) via ERP systems, conduct audits for accuracy, and analyze usage to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
5. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to allocate resources (labor, equipment) across shifts, ensuring efficient capacity utilization and adherence to production targets.
6. Adjust production plans dynamically in response to disruptions (e.g., equipment issues, material shortages) while rebalancing resources to minimize downtime.
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or related field; CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
- 2–5+ years in production planning/manufacturing (more for senior roles), with industry-specific experience a plus.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle ERP is preferred) and Excel; familiarity with lean/Six Sigma ideal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to adapt to production disruptions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant regulations. 6. Age 24–42 years (varies by experience level).
