รายละเอียดงาน- Supervise and manage the QA team to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards.
- Develop quality standards and prepare documentation related to operational procedures.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and ensure production processes comply with required standards.
- Identify defects, analyze and resolve problems, handle customer complaints, and establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), reporting results to relevant departments and customers.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate quality issues to relevant departments; summarize data related to quality control activities.
- Recommend improvements to processes and products to ensure consistent and stable quality.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Production, Sales, and others.
- Participate in customer audits and quality system audits, both internal and external.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
