รายละเอียดงาน
1. Backup and recovery of data.
2. Development of system related processes.
3. Management of computer rooms.
4. Management and maintenance of AD, Exchange, TC, Hyper v, Storage, VMWare, etc.
5. Familiar with mainstream storage and data backup management tools.
6. Familiar with the mainstream Server/Client operating systems of Microsoft/Linux.
7. Familiar with virtualization and cloud applications.
8. Familiar with Dell server, HPE, IBM, SAN storage, Azure, AWS cloud, etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Familiar with the use and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server database software.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and remote desktop support tools.
- Familiar with computer hardware architecture and other basic knowledge
- Able to work overtime an average of 3–4 days per week and willing to work night shifts.
- Good command of English communication; proficiency in Chinese is a plus and will be specially considered.
