รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and conduct potential supplier analysis for supplier release and the regular process audit according to IATF16949, 5 core quality tools and VDA 6.3, including monitoring of the measures realization.
- Review and approve supplier PPAP for new component release and the engineering changes.
- Conduct supplier evaluation and classification regularly, initiate improvement/action programs and monitor the realization.
- Communicate with supplier for any supplier quality issue and drive continuous improvement actions with suppliers.
- Solve problems in line with cross function team, be supportive and cooperative to other team members.
- Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
- Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or above degree with engineering background.
- 3-5 years’ working experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years’ quality management experience and more than 3 years’ working experience of supplier quality management in multinational company is preferred.
- Familiar with 5 core quality tools and VDA6.3.
- VDA6.3 certified and six sigma belt certified are plus and preferred.
- Logic thinking, target approaching, can work under pressure.
- English as working language, good ability to cooperate with cross-function team.
- Quality related experience in passenger car industry is preferred
