Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Marketer to lead a marketing team at Casa Lapin, located in the Saphan Sung district. The position is responsible for market planning, market research, public relations, and marketing management. The role will oversee all marketing initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities; • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches. • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and e-commerce strategies. • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. • Execute and monitor campaign performance across various channels. • Develop partnerships and sponsorships to boost brand visibility. • Lead the creative development of promotional materials and marketing collateral.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Fluent in both Thai and English.
Proven track record in creating effective marketing campaigns.
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with experience in the food and beverage sector is a plus.
At least 5 years in a leadership role within a marketing department.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
Capable of collaborating with various teams.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
