• Lead the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing report, summarizing achievements, performance, and progress against short- and long-term objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer retention.
• Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the Sales and Marketing teams in alignment with business strategies.
• Monitor target market responses to marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze sales data, inventory, delivery performance, order trends, market demand, and competitor activities to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Monitor budget utilization, analyze cost effectiveness, and report on marketing and sales budget performance.
• Evaluate distributor performance and expand business opportunities into new markets and territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both direct and indirect customers through regular communication, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members by conducting performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling to enhance individual and team performance.
• Develop and maintain a sales forecast to support strategic planning and business growth.
