Job Descriptions:
仕事内容:-Plan and control the production processes of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test ICT (In-Circuit Testing) / FCT (Functional Circuit Testing) / Functional Test).
-Control product quality to comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
-Analyze and solve defects such as solder bridge, insufficient solder, coating NG (Not good), and test failures.
-Improve manufacturing processes to reduce defects and increase yield.
-Manage and supervise Supervisors and production staff.
-Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning departments.
-Support quality activities such as ISO, IATF, and customer audits.
-Prepare and report production results, defect data, yield, and related KPIs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Age 35 - 40 years up
- Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing.
- Direct experience in Wave / Coating / Test processes.
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, and Test processes.
- Good understanding of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing standards and process control.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
