รายละเอียดงาน
1.Analyze, plan, and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
2.Design and improve production layouts, workflows, and assembly lines.
3.Establish and maintain work standards, standard time, and cycle time.
4.Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower planning.
5.Conduct method study, time study, and line balancing to optimize production performance.
6.Work closely with related departments to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
7.Analyze production data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
8.Support continuous improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (new graduates are welcome).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and line balancing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
