1. Well-known in computers, printers, computer related hardware, and network equipment. In other hand, operation and maintenance of Windows systems, and be able to solve common desktop failures; 2. Be proficient in IT basic service business systems and have certain optimization management plans for the IT system infrastructure; 3. Well-known database management knowledge and have in-depth management and maintenance experience in data center servers, storage, and network equipment; 4. Be familiar with the architecture and application principles of the software, master the installation, configuration, and optimization of mainstream databases and middle tiers, be familiar with SQL statements, and be able to use custom reports and report development capabilities of report tools; 5. Be familiar with the company's business system and business processes, be able to provide necessary business consultation and rational suggestions for business operations and work efficiency improvement, be able to clearly feedback user needs to developers, and be proficient in Visio, Xmind, Axure and other tools; 6. Have good professional ethics and execution ability, the ability to quickly learn and transfer, good communication skills and teamwork skills; 7. Have strong interpersonal communication skills and IT project implementation management capabilities, and can provide relevant suggestions or technical support for information planning. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Softwear Engineering or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under strict deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of operating systems and software functionality.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
At least 2-3 year of experience in IT, Networking, Desktop Support, or related IT roles.
Experience in hardware, infrastructure, or technical support roles is preferred.
