รายละเอียดงาน
• Prepare, compile, submit, and maintain food product registration dossiers to the Thai FDA, including notifications, approvals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required technical documents such as product specifications, ingredient information, COAs, manufacturing process flows, and labelling materials, etc.
• Verify and ensure all food products, ingredients, food additives, processing aids, maximum limits, allergen declarations, and nutrition requirements comply with relevant Thai FDA regulations, notifications, and standards.
• Review product formulations and labels for regulatory compliance before submission and commercialization.
• Review and verify all packaging artworks, labels, and claims for accuracy, including ingredient lists, additive declaration (INS/name), NIP, allergen statement, claims, mandatory labelling requirements, and market-specific rules.
• Monitor regulatory legislation and guideline changes and proactively communicate impacts to R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Assess regulatory changes and their impact on existing and new products, and recommend appropriate actions. • Coordinate and support product registration processes in Thailand with relevant authorities to maintain regulatory approvals, including external consultants
• Develop and maintain regulatory databases, product specifications, food additive lists, allergen information, GMO/irradiation/Halal status.
• Support internal and external audits related to food regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with R&D, Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into product development and launch timelines.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in Food Regulatory Affairs related to food products is a must.
- Experience with Thai FDA submissions and working in food, dietary supplement, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations, food additives, labelling rules, nutrition labelling, and product classification.
- Strong document control and specification management.
- Familiar with Halal requirements, HACCP/GMP concepts (advantage).
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to assess regulatory risks.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
