• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight inquiries, shipment updates, and service issues.
• Coordinate import and export shipments and monitor transit schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Communicate with overseas agents and transport providers to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage customer expectations and proactively resolve service disruptions or delays.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the internal systems.
• Support billing and invoicing processes related to freight jobs.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping customer service (Fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered).
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Strong communication skills in Thai and English (written and verbal).
Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
