รายละเอียดงาน
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct inventory audits, and manage periodic inventories.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders.
• Store spare parts in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Dispatch orders based on users’ requirements and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Operate and maintain warehouses and related facilities in good condition.
• Prepare inventory reports.
• To issue purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase materials, goods and services to serve plant requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to support the spare parts purchasing, ensuring efficiency and economy.
• Provide urgent items procurement as required for operational needs.
• Ensure proper stock rotation in compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to develop risk assessment and mitigation plans.
• Must be aware and play a vital role in quality, environmental, safety and social management system. (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS)
• Perform duties as requested by management to professionally serve plant activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational or Bachelor or higher in related fields or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse.
- Strong ability to organize, store, and manage inventory efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and reporting.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Ability to operate machinery (Pallet mover).
- Valid forklift certification with proven operating experience.
- Able to work in the upcountry (Suphanburi). Local candidates from the project area are preferred.
- Good in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
