Job Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and enhance the reliability, performance, and security compliance of our IT environment. This position leads the System, Network, and IT Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, while maintaining readiness for customer and compliance audits. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability to guide a high-performing infrastructure team. Responsibilities - Lead and operate enterprise IT infrastructure covering systems, networks, security, virtualization, and cloud platforms to ensure stability, scalability, and high availability. - Design, implement, monitor, and continuously optimize infrastructure performance to achieve maximum uptime and operational efficiency. - Ensure infrastructure operations comply with IT security policies, risk management plans, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). - Manage security operations including vulnerability assessments, audit support, and response to infrastructure or network security incidents. - Plan, maintain, and improve disaster recovery (DR) and infrastructure readiness to support business continuity. - Support and operate IT infrastructure for HQ, branches, and affiliated companies, including network connectivity and multi-site environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical and reliable infrastructure solutions. - Coordinate with vendors and partners for infrastructure procurement, implementation, and ongoing technical support. Identify and implement appropriate technologies, automation, or improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability and service quality. - Develop and maintain essential infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Age 30–35 years old
Thai nationality only.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, or IT Operations including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Experience in customer audit processes and maintaining compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST.
Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Proactive, service-minded, and able to perform under pressure.
Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
