Job Summary
We are looking for a Safety Officer to support and maintain workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental practices in our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards, promote a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure safety operations in the warehouse comply with applicable occupational safety laws and company standards
2. Conduct safety inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective/preventive actions
3. Develop and support SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) plans, activities, and campaigns
4. Provide safety training and communicate safety practices to employees and contractors
5. Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures
6. Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports for internal and external requirements
7. Coordinate with internal departments and relevant authorities, as required
8. Support emergency preparedness (e.g., fire drills, evacuation plans, first response)
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Certified Professional Safety Officer
- Experience in safety roles within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and incident investigation practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible, well-organized, and able to work effectively under pressure
