●Supervise and inspect site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and statutory obligations.
●Review and monitor architectural details including finishes, fire-rated elements, cladding, ceiling, and joinery works.
●Coordinate with architect consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
●Attend site meetings, inspections, and provide architectural input on technical matters.
●Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions before consultant approval.
●Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on architectural matters.
●Support project documentation including site records, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
●Identify non-conformities, issue corrective instructions, and follow up until resolution.
●วันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 08.00 – 17.00 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A recognized Degree in Architecture. Architect registered with Architects Council of Thailand is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural site supervision, design detailing, and reinstatement works in Industrial/ public/ transport infrastructure.
- Practice in construction company or Site Staff before.
- Able to understand the details construction method, materials, finishes, etc.
- Able to produce daily reporting on site matter, including any non-compliance/ safety matter.
- Deep knowledge of local statutory and local authority procedures & approvals.
- Experience in handling shop drawings, as-built documentation, material approvals, and statutory submissions.
- Assertive in upholding design standards, clear communicator, attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Solid experience in construction supervision, site coordination, and quality control.
- Familiarity with BIM-based project workflows, with ability to review 3D models and drawings in Revit/ Navisworks or equivalent.
- Proficient communicate via email and speak in English
- Position base in Chonburi and work 6 days a week.
- Candidate must have own car and driver's license, and be flexible to work in an industrial setting.
