Job Summary
Command Center is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling daily trucking operations to ensure efficient logistics flow, on-time delivery, and operational safety. This role acts as the central communication hub between drivers, customers, operations teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Operations Monitoring
•Monitor real-time trucking operations via GPS tracking systems and logistics platforms.
•Ensure vehicles operate according to planned routes and schedules.
•Identify delays, risks, or operational issues and respond promptly.
✅ Coordination & Communication
•Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, warehouse teams, and customers.
•Provide operational instructions and updates to drivers.
•Handle urgent situations and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Incident Management
•Manage unexpected situations such as traffic issues, vehicle breakdowns, or delivery delays.
•Support problem-solving to minimize operational disruption.
✅ Performance Tracking
•Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, utilization, and on-time delivery rate.
•Prepare daily or weekly operational reports.
✅ Compliance & Safety
•Ensure drivers follow company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
•Monitor compliance with working hours and operational procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in logistics operations, trucking operations, or a control center environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and logistics software.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) ***
