-Identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to internal departments.

-Prepare and manage legal correspondence, notices, and documentation related to claims, payments, liquidated damages, contractual obligations, and property rights.
-Conduct legal research on laws and regulations relevant to the Company's business.
-Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters.
-Support dispute resolution processes, including documentation preparation and evidence coordination.
