Bancassurance Product — Retail Banking Shape the future of our Bancassurance business across multiple customer segments and channels. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, development, and performance of life and non-life insurance products — partnering closely with sales teams, insurers, and digital channels to deliver the right solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the product portfolio: Manage the full lifecycle of life and non-life insurance products, and design the product roadmap across channels such as Branch & Wealth, SME, DSA, Digital App, and Website. 2. Lead key projects: Oversee product-related initiatives to ensure efficient execution, alignment with strategy, and effective budget management. 3. Support sales success: Work with Retail, SME, and DSA channels to drive sales performance — including training, events, lead generation, and storytelling for each channel. 4. Drive pricing & budgeting: Manage product pricing, budget planning, and cost control across all products and channels. 5. Partner with insurers: Co-manage with insurance partners to ensure strong support from insurance specialists through activity planning, performance review, and skill development. 6. Enhance customer journeys: Ensure processes match each channel’s operating model while delivering best-in-class customer experiences. 7. Ensure compliance: Oversee product and sales practices to comply with market conduct standards and regulatory requirements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields
5+ years in Bancassurance, Product Management, or financial/insurance product management
Strong understanding of life and non-life insurance and bancassurance sales processes
Proven experience in product strategy, market analysis, and project management
Experience managing pricing, budgeting, and cost control
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills — especially with insurance partners
Good knowledge of OIC regulations and market conduct guidelines
Strategic, results-oriented mindset with ability to perform under pressure
Experience with digital channels or transformation projects is an advantage
Good command of English and strong computer literacy
