Responsibilities
Verified CNC machine setup and pre-production readiness, coordinated shift handovers, investigated issues, and provided technical guidance to ensure correct and efficient working methods.
Managed CNC production operations, including scheduling (normal and urgent jobs), manpower planning, output control, and ensuring compliance with maintenance and operating standards.
Conducted installation, modification, testing, operation, and feasibility studies of CNC machines and components to optimize performance and productivity.
Prepared and managed technical documentation such as CNC operating instructions, assembly instructions, training work instructions, quotations, and reports on production efficiency, quality, materials, and cutting tools.
Supported cross-functional teams and other departments by troubleshooting CNC manufacturing issues, assigning technicians, delivering CNC training programs, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma in Mechanical or BA. in Mechanical Engineer or IE Engineer
- Knowledge machine structure (CNC)
- Experience of machine repair and maintenance both BM (Breakdown Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance)
- Drawing interpreting skill
