1.Engineering & Plastic Technology Knowledge
Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and the properties of various plastic materials.
2.Inspection & Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze quality inspection results and accurately use measuring and testing instruments.
3.Planning & Management Skills
Capable of developing quality control strategies and effectively managing and leading a team.
4.Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information, procedures, and guidelines to team members and related departments.
5.Problem-Solving Ability
Able to identify quality-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
6.Quality Standards Knowledge
Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or other standards specific to the plastic industry.
7.Relevant Experience
Experience working in a Quality Assurance department or with plastic injection products will be an advantage.
8.Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality.
These qualifications enable a QA Manager to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards for plastic injection products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Age 35 years old or above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English communication skills will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of overall working experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience in plastic injection processes
