- Supervise therapists and front desk staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and basic HR matters
Handle administrative documents and internal reports
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and facility related issues
- Liaise with contractors and technicians for repairs and servicing
- Manage purchasing of supplies, equipment, and materials from suppliers
- Control stock of spa supplies and report shortages
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Support sales activities, promotions, and membership programs
- Prepare basic reports and assist with budgeting
