1. Be responsible for comprehensive electrical technical support for production lines, independently developing and implementing improvement solutions for on-site electrical issues. 2. Work closely on the production floor to promptly handle emergency equipment failures and minimize production line downtime. 3. Identify and eliminate equipment safety risks, coordinating timely resolution of identified issues. 4. Organize and maintain technical documentation following equipment modifications and new equipment installation. 5. Develop preventive maintenance plans for equipment, propose spare parts lists, and ensure implementation of maintenance activities. 6. Possess programming skills with basic knowledge of PLC systems.

Possess relevant skills or competencies, including computer proficiency.
Familiar with automobile manufacturing processes and related equipment.
Solid theoretical foundation and hands-on technical experience, with the ability to independently resolve process-related issues.
Good written communication skills, capable of independently preparing technical documents such as process specifications.
Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility, and strong professional commitment.
Knowledgeable in electrical principles; proficient in Siemens PLC and inverters, with an understanding of common mechanical structures and their working principles.
