Job Descriptions
The Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of a company's Quality Management System (QMS), especially in alignment with standards ISO 9001:2015 and 14001
QMR (Quality Management Representative)
•Make schedule plan internal audit, meeting and explain schedule plan to managements, auditors and auditees team
•Follow up and summary result of audit and explain to management and auditees Received schedule plan audit by CB and meeting /explain to Management and auditees team
•Drive initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency
•Reporting to Top Management
Internal
•KPI (Leader) - to make KPI schedule plan meeting and explain to management team
•Summary meeting result and explain to management team
•Internal audit - Internal team auditor system, process and product
•Make calibration plan and control to achieve target
•Summary result audit and issued CAR to other section and follow
CUSTOMER
•Core team meeting and make internal schedule plan for trial/mass Production for new model
•Follow up and meeting result after trial each of stage to mass production
•Make and submit documents to customer each of stage trial to mass production (PPAP)
•Monitor result process and product after mass production
•Meeting internal team and make schedule plan of process &product change for trial and mass production
•Make document of change and submit to customers for mass production
•Monitor result process & product after mass production
•Claim/Complain and warranty
•Coordinate with customer and internal meeting problems and how to action Meeting, make and submit report and evident
•Support customers follow up countermeasure
SUPPLIER
•Coordinate with supplier new or change schedule plan and request
•Follow up supplier plan and request document (PPAP) for check and approval to mass production
•Claim/Complain and warranty
•Coordinate with supplier detail of problem and need counter
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, age between 30 - 42 years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Science (any field)
- At least 5 year working experience in the Quality Management System
- Proficient in MS Office, E-mail, Internet
- English communication and computer literacy
