รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and maintain Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi) and Firewalls such as Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks
- Administer On-Premise Servers (Windows/Linux) and Virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and access control
- Maintain Cloud Infrastructure including Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Perform Backup/Restore operations and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
- Implement Patch Management and remediate system vulnerabilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to Security Incidents with proper reporting
- Manage IT Assets, software licenses, and maintain technical documentation (Network diagrams, SOPs)
- Support IT/Security policies and ensure compliance with internal and external audits
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- aBechelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in System and Network Administration
- Hands-on experience with On-Premise and Cloud environments
- Experience in Firewall configuration and IT Security operations
- Experience handling IT/Security incidents
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, VPN
- Firewall and UTM configuration
- Windows Server and/or Linux administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Virtualization technologies
- Cloud administration (Azure / AWS)
- Microsoft 365 administration and security configuration
- Backup & Disaster Recovery planning
- Basic log analysis / SIEM knowledge
- IT Asset Management
