รายละเอียดงาน
1.Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, from project initiation through successful handover to Operations and customers.
2.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and implementation schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
3.Collaborate with Business Development (BD), Key Account (KA), Operations, IT, and customers to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
4.Lead project implementation activities, including warehouse setup, process design, SOP development, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and Go-Live support.
5.Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and support solution transition by developing implementation strategies and execution plans.
6.Coordinate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
7.Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to minimize project impact.
8.Work closely with IT teams to implement and integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and other operational systems.
9.Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present project updates, key milestones, and implementation results to senior management.
10.Lead, coach, and develop the Implementation team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Implementation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing logistics implementation projects, warehouse start-ups, or business transition projects.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, and logistics operations.
- Experience in project management methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
