1. Control and maintain production process follow company standardization
2. Improve production process to achieve maximum efficiency
3. Problem solving in production and prevention for reoccurrence
4. Calculate and estimate manpower required to support demand change
5. Monitor production capacity
6. Develop process layout and set up production standard
7. Control standard of equipment and tools use in production line
8. Review and test new equipment and tools for production line to reduce manufacturing cost
9. Support production line and continuous improvement
10. Process improvement and new product launching
11. Design of equipment to support production team
12. Improvement and Cost Saving in Manufacturing
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Business-level English is required. Ability to communicate in English and/or Japanese will be an advantage.
- Experience in machine improvement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role in maintenance will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and laws/regulations related to maintenance work.
- Ability to analyze and solve machinery problems systematically (Troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis).
