1. Develop real-time optimization/advance process control and automatic procedure development following roadmap and execution plan to support optimization strategy and plant improvement.
2. Identify process control & optimization improvement opportunities
3. Apply and maintain all developed process control and automation technologies.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advanced process control system technologies and trends.
5. Communicate and engage with production operation team in process control & automation application execution to maintain application performance
6. Provide training to operators and engineer on the use of the use of advanced process control system (APC), RTO and Automation program.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical, or related field.
- 1–7 years in process control/automation and/or APC/RTO/optimization in continuous process industries (chemical, petrochemical, refinery, cement, power, etc.), including implementation and sustaining support.
- Strong fundamentals in process control (PID and common strategies), exposure to APC (e.g., MPC/constraint control) and real-time optimization concepts, and practical experience in DCS-based control systems. Able to interpret PFD/P&ID, control narratives, and plant operating procedures; competent in data analysis using tools such as Excel and/or Python/MATLAB.
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities, deliver applications against a roadmap, and work effectively with process engineers, operations, DCS engineers, and maintenance teams to sustain performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to process safety and disciplined change management (e.g., MOC), with the ability to design control/automation solutions that support safe and stable operations.
- Strong communication skills with hands-on capability to engage operators/engineers and deliver training on APC, RTO, and automation procedures; proficient in English for technical documentation and stakeholder coordination.
- Able to work in Rayong province.
