Key Responsibilities
1. Production Control During Product NPI Phase.
2. Develop Process Control Plans for Customer Qualification Boards and Provide Process Technical Support.
3. Lead or participate in the improvement of process technology capabilities.
4. NPI project technical documentation control.
5. Support trial runs, pilot production, and process validation.
6. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 year or more working experience in PCB industry, having served as MI Engineer, NPI Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of PCB rigid board manufacturing processes, principles, technical capabilities and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of ISO9001 / TS6949 quality management systems, and familiar with tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan (CP)
- Good computer skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PCB professional software such as Genesis; or able to master Genesis and other PCB software quickly with short term training.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues, with strong communication and coordination skills.
