Engineer(Mold Design)
Responsibility
1.Product design and tooling design and CAD 3D creating as following 2D drawing
2.Developing, improving and cooperating for product/Tooling improvement to archive target.
3.Create and review drawing which use for production process.
4.Prepare activity report and plan to manager.
5.Advise, consult and training technical knowledge to technician/operator.
6.Coperate with design side in order to enhance capacity and efficiency.
7.Cooperate with concern team in order to prepare customer or outside audit.
8.Other assignment.
Engineer(Mold Maintenance)
Responsibility
1.วางแผนและควบคุมทำความสะอาด/บำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ที่ใช้ในสายการผลิต ตามแผนการบำรุงรักษา
2.ควบคุมการซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์ที่มีปัญหาจากการใช้งานการผลิตใช้กลับมาใช้ใหม่อีกครั้ง
3.ควบคุมการตรวจสอบและทำความสะอาดแม่พิมพ์ บนเครื่องฉีด เพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต
4.กำหนดวิธีการ ปรับขนาด เพื่อให้สามารถประกอบแม่พิมพ์ Tooling ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
5.ควบคุมประกอบแม่พิมพ์ Tooling และทำการFitting ตามมาตรฐาน
6.ควบคุมการจัดส่งแม่พิมพ์และติดตามการทดสอบแม่พิมพ์
7.ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนกระบวนการผลิต ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
8.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years in mold maintenance/assembly, injection industrial
- Knowledge in Injection mold
- Good command in English
- Use computer program in CAD/CAM, solidwork, UG, CAMTool and ACAD
- Toeic 450 up (result within 1 year)
