We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Chef to prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for approximately 15 Chinese management staff.
This is an in-house kitchen position (not a restaurant).
The role requires good hygiene standards, stable working habits, and the ability to cook Chinese-style dishes.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 15 people
•Cook mainly Chinese cuisine (home-style dishes preferred)
•Plan simple weekly menus and manage ingredient purchasing
•Ensure food freshness, nutrition balance, and cleanliness
•Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
•Control food cost and reduce waste
•Keep kitchen equipment clean and properly maintained
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience cooking for Chinese customers
•Experience in company dormitory or factory kitchen
•Able to adjust taste based on feedback
•Able to manage ingredient purchasing independently
