รายละเอียดงาน
1. Supervise and control product quality within the washing machine manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company standards.
2.Analyze quality issues in the production line and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Monitor and inspect product quality at each stage of the manufacturing process.
4. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and related departments to improve process quality.
5. Analyze quality data such as defects, yield, and scrap, and prepare summary reports.
6. Drive continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and process improvement projects.
7. Supervise and guide quality inspectors and team members in the production line.
8. Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards such as ISO and other related standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field., or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Process Quality, or Manufacturing in an industrial environment.
- Experience in the home appliance industry, especially washing machine manufacturing, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
