• Participate in the training planning
• Have own trainings created and all training records (participants, results, materials)
• Localize headquarter guide and training content to match the local needs
• Incorporating feedback from stakeholders outside the training environments into training delivery / training planning
Training delivery
• Train proactively and coach technician in the service centres
• Conduct trainings to develop the competences of non-technical people who need to understand technical topics in their work
• Seek and experiment new learning methods in the trainings
• Can deliver most sessions effectively, manages the training environment well, communicate objectives clearly, encourages participants and ensures learning outcomes are achieved.
