รายละเอียดงาน
1. Conduct regular inspection, maintenance and repair of the company’s special equipment (such as pressure vessels, elevators, natural gas station, nitrogen station, high-voltage power distribution room, wastewater treatment station, air compressor room, circulating water system, etc.)
2. Formulate operating procedures and emergency response plans for special equipment in accordance with laws, regulations and standards; train operators to use special equipment correctly and improve safety awareness; assist in completing relevant certification and annual inspection of special equipment; supervise the operation status of special equipment, timely identify and address potential safety hazards; write work reports and record the status and maintenance of special equipment.
3. Daily Operation and Monitoring of Wastewater Treatment System
4. Be responsible for the full-process equipment inspection including grids, regulating tank, aeration tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, etc.;
5. Monitor key parameters such as influent/effluent water quality, water volume, pH value, dissolved oxygen, and complete operation log records;
6. Ensure the normal start/stop and stable operation of water pumps, fans, dosing equipment without leakage, dripping or running off."
7. Prepare and add flocculants, disinfectants and other chemicals in accordance with specifications, and keep records of chemical collection and consumption;
8. Conduct daily cleaning, fastening and lubrication of wastewater treatment equipment, troubleshoot minor equipment faults, and cooperate with maintenance personnel to complete overhaul;
9. Water Quality Compliance and Regulatory Control
Verify effluent water quality test data to ensure discharge meets relevant requirements of the Pollution Control Department (PCD) of Thailand;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Integration or related majors preferred.
- Experience : 1–3 years or above relevant working experience in factory wastewater treatment; working experience in Thailand local wastewater treatment station and familiarity with PCD regulations preferred.
- Knowledge : Master basic wastewater treatment processes (gridding, aeration, sedimentation, disinfection, etc.); understand Thailand PCD environmental discharge standards; familiar with basic principles of wastewater treatment equipment and common knowledge of chemical application
- Ability : Able to independently complete equipment inspection, parameter recording and simple troubleshooting; able to read basic process drawings; possess basic communication, coordination and emergency response capabilities.
- Special requirement : Holder of locally recognized wastewater treatment operation certificate in Thailand preferred; Chinese language skills or basic English communication preferred; able to recognize on-site Thai signs and specifications; no occupational contraindications (no color blindness, no skin diseases, able to adapt to chemical contact); able to adapt to shift work and emergency overtime; strictly abide by environmental and safety operation specifications.
- Working Schedule: Mostly three-shift or two-shift system, including night shifts and holiday shifts; emergency repair and overtime required in case of abnormal influent, excessive water quality, equipment failure and other emergencies.
- Can speak Chinese and communicate and report in Chinese
