รายละเอียดงาน
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Identify and resolve production issues, machine malfunctions, and bottlenecks, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; implement safety procedures and report unsafe practices.
• Maintain accurate production records, technical documentation, and performance reports.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and minimize waste in manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX, and related audit requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for manufacturing changes in alignment with APQP requirements.
• Report performance results and improvement progress to management.
• Build strong collaboration across departments to support operational excellence.
• Support manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ensure protection of confidential data and compliance with information security policies.
• Review and update department-related information security risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support company policies and product quality objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production lines, lean manufacturing, machinery, and process optimization.
- Familiar with ISO standards and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Good command of English (Japanese will be advantage.)
- Computer literate with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
