รายละเอียดงาน Manage Active Directory operations: create, modify, and manage user accounts, groups, and computer objects.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and account deactivation.
Perform configuration and backup tasks on network devices such as switches, DHCP, VLAN, SD-WAN, and WLC.
Manage and support server environments including physical servers, VMware, Hyper‑V, and SAN storage.
Create, modify, and maintain virtual machines on hypervisor platforms.
Manage firewall rules on Cisco firewall including IP allow/block requests.
Support patch management, security tools, and SCCM operations (OS/software deployment and reporting).
Maintain Group Policy, shared printers, scanners, and SAP-related printing configuration.
Monitor and manage VEEAM backup jobs, perform restores, and handle daily tape rotation.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure stable IT infrastructure operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in System Administration.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP).
- Understanding firewall concepts and rule management.
- Familiarity with security patching, backup systems, and SCCM is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and teamwork orientation.
