รายละเอียดงาน - Develop accurate 2D patterns and 3D pattern simulations for all categories of intimate apparel. - Translate design sketches, technical packs, and fit requirements into fully engineered garment patterns. - Execute pattern grading across size ranges, ensuring consistent fit, proportion, and brand standards. - Work closely with designers, technical developers, and sample rooms to ensure alignment on construction, fit, and aesthetic. - Create and modify patterns for molded cup designs, including foam molding patterns and mold tooling specifications. - Apply expertise in bonding, ultrasonic, and seamless technologies when developing patterns for modern construction methods. - Conduct fit sessions and adjust patterns to refine fit, comfort, and performance. - Ensure all patterns adhere to production feasibility and quality standards for mass manufacturing. - Collaborate with vendors and factories to troubleshoot pattern, fit, and construction issues. - Maintain organized pattern files, documentation, and updates throughout the development cycle

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in intimate apparel or related categories (e.g., swimwear, activewear).
Proficiency in 2D CAD pattern systems (e.g., Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, PAD System, Tukatech)
Strong experience with 3D garment simulation software (e.g. Optitex 3D, CLO3D, Browzwear).
Excellent knowledge of intimate apparel construction, fabric stretch behavior, and technical garment engineering
Solid experience in pattern grading for multi-size ranges
Hands-on experience with molding technology (foam cup, heat molding, preform shaping)
Knowledge of bonding technologies (adhesive bonding, ultrasonic bonding, seamless constructions).
Ability to interpret design intent and convert it into technically accurate patterns
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem solving abilities.
