Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Maintenance
Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including updating product images, prices, inventory, and specifications.
2. Order Tracking
Monitor order status on e-commerce platforms and assist in coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
3. Data Organization
Organize daily sales and order data and assist in preparing basic reports to support the operations team.
4. Operational Support
Assist the operations team with daily tasks and other assignments as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
- Internship experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Desire to learn industry knowledge.
- English and Chinese are working languages.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication, learning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
